Using an old-fashioned paper loyalty card, can be a real hassle. We keep misplacing it, starting from scratch over and over again with the saving process, or we have to perform a magic trick to dig it out from the depths of an overcrowded handbag.
We used this insight for the 'Never again!' NS Retail Campaign. A campaign in which we use humor and relatable situations to encourage people to switch to the new NS loyalty app. Through amusing illustrations, we aim to bring a smile to people's faces while showcasing the advantages of the user-friendly loyalty app.
This campaign was showcased across Dutch stations, in-store displays, abri advertisements, and online platforms.
